We used EE to bring our daughters horse from MI to TX this past Dec. They were very easy to work with and kept us informed on when the truck would be arriving -there was a delay in picking up, but like I said they were very communicative. They even ended up dropping the horse off a little earlier than expected after talking to the new barn on their way in. They were going to drop off horses at their Pilot Point barn for transfer and then take our horse to her barn. Only to realize that they would be back tracking with her so they talked to the trainer and were able to arrange the drop off. Trainer was very happy with the condition of the horse coming off the trailer. My daughter was very happy with large hay net they hung in front of the little pig and how gentle the handler loaded and secured her. And its very hard to impress an 11 year old girl who has to watch her horse leave town 2 weeks before she does. We would use them again if the need arose.
They hauled from Ocala FL to NH 3 years ago for me, my horse came off fresh and happy. Loved them.
