Yep 15 cc in a single site redirected half way through. Hopefully he won’t need Exceed again if so i’ll have vet try using pecs. This horse see’s syringe and needle and becomes tense ,head goes up and he jumps big when he get’s stuck with needle. Reason i let vet do the shots.
My mare’s case occurred in July in the Midwest, I was shipping her home from Thermal the next winter and that is where I think the second case was. I was at the horse show vet center getting paperwork to ship her home when I ran into the vet tech. I don’t remember if it was after exercise, but her comment was that it was just like what happened to my mare and even with someone who’d seen it before she said it took a lot of convincing for people to believe it was a day after reaction to an antibiotic.
