Yeah, I hate that shit too. Even though I like LDCRF more than some of the others, they are no more pompous than the worst of them. Every rescue group I have ever seen would like you to believe that they are the only serious game in town and the world is a place devoid of compassion. The fact of the matter is that those dogs would have been treated anyway. LDCRF saw an opportunity and grabbed it. HART probably wouldn’t have done it because they hate equestrians, fox hunters in particular, and consider them two steps shy of being animal abusers. LDCRF is on the ball when it comes to doing whatever they can to promote themselves but they do good work and function well which is more than I can say for the majority of others in the area.
