I spent one bad NJ winter training in a small indoor, we had enough room for a perfect 20m circle with a little extra to gather with chairs and blankets to heckle lessons 
it seemed intimidating at first but we came out of that winter with our 20m circles perfected 
and that barn at CBA in New Jersey… if only that was still in operation. The old outdoor tree lined racetrack across the street at the old Thompson farm (anyone remember the horse shows there?) , now Thompson Park has been beaten down to concrete hardness from bikes, joggers and strollers over the years, too.
