Dehners, love mine. OTOH a friend who is a professional prefers Vogels because the fit is better for her.
I have three pairs of full custom Celeris boots and love them all. They are a UK company, but they will do zoom or skype calls to help with measurements. I had my first measurements done by a local tack shop because I was worried about doing it myself. The second pair were bought because I broke my leg and the ankle measurement changed–they skyped with me on that. I just bought my third pair after having the hardware removed from my ankle and we zoomed to confirm the new measurement. They have GREAT customer service and I have yet to pay more than $850USD for a pair.
Mine are all pretty simple in terms of leathers and colors, but you can get really wild (check out their Instagram feed) and I imagine that costs will rise accordingly.
My first pair is a set of polo boots that I have been beating the crap out of for about 5 years now–they are in great shape. My second are a pair of dress boots for fox hunting and they have been hunted in for 2 seasons in all sorts of weather for hours at a time and are also in great shape. The third are new, so…still in great shape.
