well am uk so rules may be a bit different
but if i was the owners of said horses then as some and as i read it gave them to him to sell or trian and hes sold them or they have sold them should i say and to people that are simular as regards to news paper aritcle
then thats fraud by desecption-- i have got a case my self as i was done in simullar instance which is now going to a criminal court of law
and i beleive these to men shouls have been done equally the same on that charge to which i not to sure if them have been
exsample and fact but cannnot mention names
i had a horse 21/2yr old gelding knew this person six years ago and bump into her at a show at the time was looking for a horse for debs matey-- at the show this person had one for sale so i said i would go see her thinking she was in same place she was 6 yrs ago then she was good as i meet her thourgh a freind she worked for and had lost touch as you do – you know see them when you seee tehm kinda thingy – anyways she said she was closer to home literally only 5mins away and she was–
she and i had a cuppa and remnist on old times idol chit chat anyways she said she had a buyer looking for a 2yrs old and asked me if i had anything whic i did she said she would do a strraight swap for a 9yr 15.2hh geld
i didnt really want another horse as winter was approching and was trying to down load myself a bit but she said that she hada buyer for the 15.2h so i thought as i trusted her ok-- so did the swap she took 15,2h back to her yard
i never saw it ever again after many attempts to get my money or horse just one excuse after another eventually got in touch with plod and things exploded from there --kent had 9 countys and nexy door is ssuex and surrey
she has obtain as to like keg and josh many horses but becuase they were given to her to sell andearn 10% was classed as stolen altho they are
it went over 6 counties in kent and sussex surrey and parts of london
she is now under plod pretection in a programme until court case of which llike keg and josh many vitims-- and none horse and none payment
sdo i do understand she wasnt with any organisation or well known in the show sosieties but is know with dealers becuase she has that many kids it shard not to know who she is–
but-- she will get convicted but becuase she has kids under tthe age limit will probabaly be on a comnual service but she will still deal i bet
for these people and peole like them then you have to name and shame and bring them into public view ithink
for the vixtims that fought and lost or have f ought and won then to change polcies then you have to
go to local goverment or ruling societies which i shall be going to once court case has been dealt with
to chnage the rulings that theses people should pay for the endeuveres on my profit from the vitims
they should not be allowed to kepp any ANIMAL REGARDLESS

THEY HAVE EARNT BIG BUCKS out of kids adults horses whatever
if they have to pay for there crime by what one year 18mths in prison
thats not enough to cover all that they have taken over the years
they should be banned on anything to do with horses what so ever and there named and shamed —
and for those people that stick up for people like these sorts then you havent and dont know what its like to be done by someone you think you know – like me i thought i knew her i didnt but i sure do now-- one day you will get used by that so called person or persons you sticking up for and putting your neck on line for but let me give you a word of advice – and please listen they have no scruples and nor morals or values-- you to will find your head on a block either with them as being associated with them or via them in which they will use you as those sorts of people are as devious as they come and you will fall along side them or by them they will passs the buck and you to will be envolved and tared with the same brush-- so if you care about yourself and have standards then i would serioulsy dis asscoiate myself with nasty people such as them becuase you will be taken in and used first before they fall —
