Feeling constantly twisted/unbalanced while riding

Eek  I don’t think I can switch that one

@asmw94 I do! You just put them around your wrists and think about keeping the tension while you ride. I do it for short spurts. Having a trainer around or helping you on a lunge line might be helpful for the first couple of times. It makes you realize how you might be relying on one side vs the other while riding. I tend to collapse my ribcage and these have helped me become more aware of that! If you end up getting them, get ready to feel the burn

Also consider a sports medicine physician.

Years ago I had lower back pain to the point where my kids had to help me put on my underwear. I was eating Aleve like candy. I figured my scoliosis had gotten really bad. So I went to the physician, we went through the exercises (no problem except the pain), I took my x-rays and went to the chiropractor. Who looked at them and pointed out that my neck was losing lordosis. And yes, my S-curves were 13 and 11 degrees which didn’t help. Two months later my neck was fine and my S-curves were 5 and 3 degrees.

So consider while it may be your core or your back, it could also be higher or lower in your spine.
