The new price is cheaper than I can find just the boards anywhere.
It will be $1.27/board/ft for three board fence.
Boards are probably straight from one of their sawmills. I have bought lumber from the Amish and locally they are charging less than $1 per board foot (12" x 12" x 1").

But 27cents per board foot for labor seems kind of low to rip down old fencing and put up new fencing.
That would be $10.16 per 8 foot board installed and they’re probably pay ~75 cents/board foot (based on local prices) or $3.00 for a 1" x 6" x 8’ board. It doesn’t sound unreasonable to me.

We just paid ~ $11.00 per linear foot for 4 board fencing (posts and boards) in Central Florida. And in another project paid $30 per post to replace bad fence posts.
