What’s the dam’s name?
If she’s got some white on her legs:
Sandals with Socks
A few that came to mind when reading the thread’s title:
Santoline (French - a type of flower)
Sierra
Sienna
Selena
Sapphire
Serendipity
Synchronicity
Silhouette
Sylvana
Samsara
Solaire (so-lair) means Of the Sun in French
Sarriette (French for savory)
Sage
Samba
Satin
Serina
For something feminine, I like Seraphine or Seraphina. It shortens easily to Sera or Fina for a barn name too.
Good luck! It took me ages to find a suitable name for my mare.
Solace
I always wanted to name a mare Simmerkane. Won’t have a mare any time soon though
If you want to keep with the “Sandro” you’re in luck, as lots of names and play on words can be derived from “Sand”(ro)… Sandstorm/Sandrostorm, Sandarac, etc.
Sirocco
Shanti
If you like Sarsparilla note the r in the spelling - it is often misspelled Sasparilla - not that it would really matter for a horse registry.
I like what one Dutch Harness breeder did. His horse needed a “C” name, so he just put the “C” in front of the name he liked. Problem solved.

LOL, the route my cousin would have had to go if his mare line would have been more prolific.
German TB tradition, the name starts with the letter of the dam, Zaromea being his pride and joy, and Z words suitable are just not that plentiful!
S is easy though.
I think I still have a small stack of index cards from my wasted youth, dreaming up millions of horse names.
Also, if yo are a nerd/geek: Starfire. :love-struck:
