Fly control

Very interesting! Anyone in Canada use these, can recommend a source? Flies are really bad around here, surrounded by cedars and heavily wooded areas. Have chickens and planning to get guineas in the spring for tick control but would love to find more alternatives to help control the deer and horse flies. Is there anything that works against mosquitoes?

I used Fly Predators for the first time last year. They made a huge difference in the fly population for me. But, I also clean my fields at least once a week, if not twice, and put it all in to the compost pile.

I used Smartpak Smart Bugoff last year. It didn’t do anything for the flies but I didn’t pull a single tick off of mine last year despite how bad they were, so I’m thinking I may use these again this year
