Gah! Horse ripped hind xc boots... suggestions?

The Eskadron xc boots were too big for any of my TBs (and too big for Keebler as well).

Good to know about the molded boots. He’s actually gotten rubs from the Eskadron ankle/fetlock boots, so I’m not sure if the XC boots will fit him the same way or not.

Like Thinline’s stuff but the lining in the boots crack after a couple years’ use.

I have a pair of the N.E.W. Airoflow splint boots from the UK and loooove them – lightweight, breathable, and sturdy. They have an XC variant but neither model is sold in the U.S. :frowning: Plus I’m trying to keep it under $100 (hell, under $75 is even better!), so I might have to look at YB’s shop.

I’ll see what I can dig up. If you think about it, send me his measurements.

Those molded boots you linked don’t have a strike plate. They are the newer version of the old Millers boots, but something got lost in translation as they Velcro back to front, not front to back like the old ones. I have a pair of the old ones that are great for conditioning but I would not go xc without strike plates.
I like my Dalmars.

I just bought the Majyk Equipe xc boots and LOVE them.
