Makes me wonder what kind of tools will get plant debris up – probably not a typical pitchfork. Well, I can hope! I am NOT getting down on my hands and knees.
Price-wise (and I haven’t done a comparison) I may end up using organic material over the cloth instead of gravel. This is a rental, and I can’t dump TONS of money into it, nor am I sure I want to do something irreversible. I would of course discuss with the property owner but he is out of state so it’s unlikely he would see what I was doing till it was over/too late. I still think the fabric would be a good idea, even if I covered it with hogfuel/bark/chips.
