Anything born in Ireland is an ISH.

@M1ssmouse All the horses were 5 stage vetted by two specialist equine vets within 48 hours of the sale. X-rays were taken by the Goresbridge Vet Panel and were available to view. Details of all procedures were published in the Catalogue.
If your horse was not sound, did you approach Goresbridge? They generally offer a warranty.
Not all horses born in Ireland are ISH. The traditional breeds are still recognized separately.

If I was in a position to buy a horse from Ireland I would contact an agent with contacts in Ireland like Park more in Ky.
The catalog is drool worthy though
