Gymboree, Janie and Jack, Hatley, Hartstrings all have super cute horsey clothes that are quality. I ordered a bunch of stuff off of zazzle and cafepress when dd was born, but was NOT impressed with the quality.

You should buy an organic costume for the kid. Organic clothes are nature friendly and also very cheap. You can also buy some organic fabric (easily available) and sew a horse costume.
