Steffen is so masterful in getting everything out of him, but he really had to work at it today. Sigh. 74%. I thought they could go up today.
Unfortunate. A few mistakes (canter steps in the trot half pass, and bobble in the walk/piaffe transition), and low energy in the extensions.

Steffen seemed to really be working to keep him going… Like me with my girl. We aren’t alone here!
We sit in fourth after steffen’s ride. Its going to be tight if Diddy can put in one of his better tests!
Wish I could give Steffen Peters a hug. Legolas just did not want to play today. I hope he’s OK.
By my math Laura and Verdades just need to score a 74.4 or higher to put us in bronze medal position. Fingers crossed…
Desperados getting 8’s and 9’s on a canter pirouette with his hind legs together at the end??
They give Carl a 4 for losing a hind leg in the pir. I thought they were very fair and accurate with him, but for Desperados, the issues were ignored.
Why did Carl just get a 4.3 for that last pirouette?
