She rises to the occasion beyond expectation, on the World scene, once again. And on a horse she raised and owns herself. Amazing.

I hope I can ride like her when I’M 29. Oh wait, damn…

Why did the judge at M give Laura a 4 on the second pirouette?
I am by no means an expert but my feeling was that she got very deep/close to the distance between the finish of the piroutette and the ring fence, also making the turn into the corner. It just seemed smoother and more composed when the pirouette didn’t end up as close to C.

But I could be wrong.

Was it really that much better than everyone else? There were a ton of 10’s throughout that test.

I can’t watch!

I love how the LOWEST German score is 76.261%. Crazy stuff.

Anyone know if Laura has a younger horse she’s riding with already for when Diddy retires? That was such an amazing ride.

What happened on the HP left?

OMG… Dude…(Mind you not a biggie but surprised to seem him fluster even for a sec)

but there are two to go - will the scores for GB and GER not possibly change?
Their average even without their last riders was higher than the USA total. Isabel and Charlotte could both withdraw and GER and GB would still take Gold and Silver.

No. Comparing parts of it just to Verdades, she was getting a point higher on everything of equal quality. It seems to be a general trend the Germans are getting a little better scores than everyone else.

Valegro not giving Charlotte an easy ride today.

Holy crap! Came back from a meeting and we’d locked up the Bronze.

Thanks
Wow

It’s OK, Britain wasn’t going to overtake Germany. She’ll be fine no matter where she is in the Freestyle.

Valegro not on game today… ??

Hmmmm… I wonder if there is something going across from that first 1/2 pass transition at S. Seen 3 horses have issues at that spot.

So freaking awesome for all of them!

There is some real BS judging going on with Valegro–scores from 5 to 9?? German judge seems to be scoring him very low.
