Grazing Muzzle Training

Of course. If you have a horse who needs the strap down the face ( i believe the gg halters do?) to keep them on then you might want to spring for one, but my guys do fine with it attached to the side rings , the nose band and under the chin. I do under the chin very tight or else they get too much play and can eat out the back almost muzzle free.

The confusion and expression of having been betrayed, on my late Morgan’s face when turned out with a muzzle, will haunt me until long after I am dead, buried, and turned to dust.

(Sorry, OP. That is probably not very helpful. )

I brought the muzzles out a couple of weeks ago, put on all three and turned them out. There was much disgust, MAD, ripping and roaring and bucking. And then they realized that wasn’t getting them any food.

The next day went right to grazing. Morgans are no dummies.
