@CanteringCarrot I’m not sure this will help, but here’s the FB page for Eponia USA:

I think we got lucky on this side of the Atlantic.

I feel like George Morris saying I don’t like all the bling, but I swear it’s impossible to find a plain bridle with no flash and wide padded brow and nosebands. I don’t want fancy stitching or bling. Just pretty leather. Anyway, I used to order my bridles in pieces through the Bobby’s site (and would order reins elsewhere since I didn’t really like Bobby’s reins), but looks like that’s not an option anymore, so I"m going to try Rockhorse Ranch as someone mentioned.
I’m obsessed with my Joseph Sterling petite dressage bridle from Schneider’s - LOVE it and every trainer asks what it is - getting a second one for the other horse. I love it more than my Otto Schumacher and definitely better by far than Bobbys or Kavalkade. Those aren’t bad, but not nearly as lovely as the Joseph Sterling. No experience with Eponia, though.
I have Eponia as well and love it. The flash is completely removable if you don’t want it and they have nice no bling options. Schneider’s Joseph Sterling are also very nice!
I don’t know what price points you are looking at (i.e. what you consider budget), but Smith-Worthington sells some very nice bridles. Even their Indian leather is good. They’ve been around since the late 1700s.
They can be found at www.smithworthington.com
Always check out their Bargain Barn.
Albion KB bridles makes this. I bought one in Wellington from Diane Sasscer “Saddle Fit by Diane”. I adore my non-flash, non-crank, beautiful leather bridle with calfskin reins. The Albion website doesn’t show all the options but she showed me exactly the bridle you are describing and it was lovely.
Ooh, thanks, scruffy! Will check it out for sure!
I have a few items of Joseph Sterling tack, two girths and a bridle as well as a set of reins. I actually was really suprised at the quality for the lower price point. Got mine on sale last year from Schneiders.
Some good bridles worth looking at:

Thanks but I don’t think that really helps me. I have the Frost bridle which is not a monocrown. Therefore the noseband in its entirely is its own piece. I am not sure I see that in the diagram. I see the other pieces and a noseband for the monocrown style.
I just specifically want measurements for the cob stand alone noseband. Or I’ll try to order one but it looks like it has been out of stock for months… So my next (unanswered) question was when they’d be back. I’ll try the Facebook page mentioned earlier. Worse case scenario, I’ll sell the barely used bridle and work with a better company.
I really like my Joseph Sterling tack. I bought a bridle and a 3 pt breastplate last year. They are both lovely.
Eponia look like BR knockoffs a bit to me??
I do not find Horze leather quality acceptable but I do like other items they sell.
