Thanks so much! Definitely still a WIP but we love it.

@Lucassb Your place is gorgeous!

Thank you so much! It is a fun project… and there is always more to do!!

That is a great barn and the rubber matter aisle even shines.

It is nice to have such a neat and well kept space to work in, is it.

I don’t personally feel the need to have boarders get matching leads and halters and coolers and more, but I worked for a barn that did and it was very nice. A/AA Hunter barn with wealthy families, you know?

I have been running my lesson program for 3 years out of a larger 19 stall boarding barn. I started out with 5 of the stalls, and over time have been growing with more students getting their own horses. I am soon switching to an arrangement where I will rent the whole barn as dry stalls and manage the barn myself.

So, to answer, the question, 19. About half my own lesson horses and half boarders who are all in my program (riding and showing with me).

Thanks, Bluey. I totally agree!!!

I fell in love with the “bones” of the place when we first saw it and it’s been a really enjoyable project working on making some improvements. It will never be one of those crazy fancy places but it is clean and quiet and comfortable; the horses seem happy here and that is the main thing!!

Yes, my barn does the matching colors for shows–though we’re not big-time enough to make people by fancy matching trunks. :slight_smile:

Lucas that’s a beautiful farm and barn!

Thank you, @TMares. We looked for a farmette for years and years, and when we found this place, we just fell in love with it. Still lots of work to do, but I am pleased with the progress so far!
