Symphytum will work, it’s a homeopathic. There is an equine homeopathic online if you search or you can used Adored Beast Jump for Joynts.

A million years ago I got a free 3yr old ottb that had a nondisplaced sesamoid fracture on a hind leg. He kicked the back wall at night during a storm. My dog vet at the time was Karen Becker & we would chit chat about all sorts of stuff when I came in. She says I have something that will fix him & gives me 4 pouches of it & says dump 1 pouch in food once a week.

I had my vet do x-rays a few weeks after I got him & the plan was to do another set 3 months after the injury. I started the symphytum after the first set of my x-rays. After the second set & this was before digital x-rays, the vet says the break has healed beautifully & if he hadn’t x-rayed the horse himself, he’d never believe these x-rays were from the same horse.

The horse has crossed the bridge. :sob:

More photos because I’m allowed to today. I’m getting a few printed to put into frames. Apologies in advance.

I’m so sorry for your loss. He was beautiful and I can tell you loved each other very much. I know it feels awful right now, but I’m glad to hear you are finding comfort from the photos.
I have a digital photo frame that I bought and loaded up with pictures when my senior dog passed last year. I love seeing all the images pass by. Sometimes they still make me tear up, but most of the time they bring me comfort and make me smile.
Sending you hugs.
