Today was the day. i held up better than expected, I think because even with the Previcox, she was still favoring one leg even when standing still. She did have a couple of days where she felt good enough to do a slow trot. Still, I knew it was her time and was happy for her that she was in less pain this last week. RIP Diva, AKA Daca So Divine. 5/11/1989 - 10/30/2020.

Thank you so much for doing the right thing for your horse. What a wonderful thing, for her to be free from pain and the anxiety that comes with pain. How absolutely beautiful that she could end her life at her own home, where she felt safe and connected to her herd.
