Heather was arrested today when she showed up for court today in Palm Beach. It seems that Karma is finally catching up with her for the numerous horse people she has scammed!
Just saw this update on FB: New tip. Heather Hargett is back at it under the name Heather O’Brien and using Lauren Silverstein as her straw person to get people to ride and show Heather’s horses. They asked a young professional to help sell horses. I have warned him accordingly. He now knows she was expelled from usef and hurt a lot of people financially. She is in Loxahatchee. She owes the Barn owner Barn rent and the vets for caring for the horses. She stiffed a local rider too. This has to stop. People spread the word. She has a criminal arraignment in palm beach court January 31 at 130pm for knowingly driving on a suspended and revoked license. She has many open cases of people seeking money from her.

This one’s schtick is to take horses on the cuff and then when they never sell she takes them for the bill that magically happens after a few months

Hmm. Maybe it’s a closed group. It’s a post on a Wellington jobs page warning people that she stiffs her help when it’s time to pay them. And then several other people chimed in to say she did the same thing to them.
