That’s a good middle of the road brand for Europe, which is generally a few steps above most of the stuff made here (when you are talking about non wood carts, which are just different). Bennington would be higher end.
But I wouldn’t rule out 4 wheel (carriage) if the budget permits. You will have a lot more options when it comes to European made vehicles. There’s always someone’s used marathon, training/marathon hybrid (has bench seats in the back) for sale on FB
Sorry, I don’t know anything about it. I’m always the wrong person to ask about cart recommendations. I had two Amish made easy entry carts (my two ponies were very different sizes), and that was the extent of it for me.
