Hindquarter muscling asymetry

@endlessclimb I’m so sorry for your loss.

So sorry for the news. I’m glad you got her checked out.

I’m sorry for your loss. She was so lucky to have you as her owner.

I’m so sorry OP.

❤️ sometimes doing the right thing is the hardest thing. So sorry for your loss.

She could not have asked for a more dedicated owner. You turned over every rock and constantly looked for opportunities to investigate sources of her discomfort. I’ve read many of your posts over the last few years as you worked to make her comfortable. I wish there could have been a better outcome. A peaceful passing is the kindest gift you could have given her. I am so sorry that you lost her so young.

I’m so sorry…hugs

I’m sorry, too, and am crying for you. Hugs! Lucky pony to be loved and cared for by you💗

So sorry. Hugs

Thanks everyone. When I’m ready, I’ll make a final post about her. I miss her so much - she was such a presence at the barn.

Big hugs to you, so sorry it came down to this. It sounds like you put a lot of time and effort into making her happy and comfortable for a long time. You’re a good owner and any horse is lucky to land in your care.

My sympathies.

Attached is the necropsy report. I’m not smart enough to read it, but from what I gather, they don’t know what was wrong. Wish they would have pulled the spinal cord and done an EPM test, because that’s what I’m thinking may have been the cause?
