Illinois is a big range but I’d be tempted to call Shane Nho’s office and see if they have a PT recommendation for you. You don’t need an equestrian specialist, any really solid hip PT should be able to help you.

I had bad knee pain when I first started riding, back around 2001. I invested in a pair of Sprenger 4-way stirrups, the only choice available at the time. They cured the problem and I never had any pain. I retired in 2022. No issue with knees or hips.
