That vase is so incredibly beautiful! I lost one of my heart horses after 20 years of our love affair. For a year I couldn’t open the bag with his long, braided tail hair that the vet assistant had wisely cut and saved for me. It’s now on my tack room counter top and I can see it and not feel emotional.
I love this thread and the idea of creating beauty from our long relationship and time together (and yes,
there it is - my eyes well up thinking about him).
