Out west, you could look at Cave Creek AZ near Phoenix. People ride horses to the coffeeshop!!! I also think you could find property abutting National Forests in the Flagstaff AZ area.
I’m in Camden SC which is not far from Aiken. It’s a cute quaint town. I’m boarded on a property that has access to our hunt country. 10,000 acres of trails. You have to be a friend of the hunt for a small fee The hunt club is fantastic too.
If you needed rides, i bet you could find someone who is willing. I’m not sure Uber has taken off from here. Columbia is just 25-30 minutes away.
Wow no one mentions the Moss Foundation in Southern Pines Nc, all of requirements plus property at all price points and a ever growing horse community. 5000 acres of horse tails, no bikes. Short drive to everything
