Horse that flags it’s tail as it’s going around

I have a horse that carries his tail naturally the way the OP describes. He shows in a 1pound weighted tail and it makes a big difference. Video in the below post shows him with his tail in.

Surprised no one has suggested testing for EPM yet. A lot of the horses I have seen that were truly positive for it had some odd tail action going on.

Unless my memory is really shot, the horse is in Europe, so EPM likely isn’t a concern.
