Horse Treat Business?

I have found the liscensing in my state will be much too difficult during the COVID-19, and am trying to find other business ideas. Does anybody else have ideas a teenage girl could do to help make some money during the COVID-19? I was thinking of making- rope halters, horse jumps, or other things. Any ideas?

I like that you are trying to come up with some creative ideas to earn some income!

I think the answer might really depend on your market.
Rope halters made to order with various colors might be a real hit in some places. I can not see them being a big seller where I am, but maybe where you are.
If you have the materials to make horse jumps they can be a good seller (again if there is a market there).

Do you have any artistic skills? People are always willing to pay for good art things.

I live in a mainly western area, so people are always looking for high quality, but cheap rope halters. There is a market for horse jumps in the areas around us.

I’ve also started making Polo Wraps & a few saddle pads & ear bonnets.

Metal name tags to label tack, blankets, etc. Easy to get metal blanks and metal stamps online.

What about making face coverings with horse themed fabric? If you can sew that might be a nice niche.

Bath bombs for cleaning brushes - spring cleaning!

Pretty notecards with photos you took or drawings you have done - there are lots of websites to have these made from your images.

Years ago a teen did a great business cleaning tack, before she went off to college, but that would potentially be hard to manage now.

A friend’s son has started a lawn care business this summer - cutting grass, weeding, etc. That could easily done with social distancing in mind.

If you have your license, there are lots of options for delivery services like GrubHub and InstaCart.

Given COVID I would recommend using PayPal or another app for payments rather than cash/check if at all possible.
