I am not yet certain if HorseLoverz and Horse-Loverz are the same business. I am waiting for a buyer to send me a link… If So… I too am disgusted. I own LIVE for the RIDE apparel, a equine inspired clothing company. I manufacture premium quality casual wear. I have a message from a buyer who wants a return as she is dissatisfied with her order.

She just sent me her invoice screenshot and it is from “Horse-Loverz”. I am the sole owner, designer, etc of LIVE for the RIDE and all its designs. This business is in TM infringement. — This drives me nuts! Now I have to pay my attorney to send them a cease & desist… uugghhh

They are not the same. I just typed in the name with the hyphen and found a different site that has sweatshirts that say “Live for the Ride”

well… here’s the link https://horse-loverz.com/products/live-for-the-ride this is my brand… they are not authorized to sell! ALSO- if you try to call the customer help line it is not a valid number. Buyer Beware- Definitely buy from the manufacture for the authentic goods and customer service.

AND- the “business” address is the address to a residential home listed on Zillow. uuugghhh crooks

this just breaks my heart- sooo hard to remain successful as a small business when you have people stealing your work every chance they get

DEFINITELY a different business than HorseLoverz… likely in TM violation with them too.

Yeah not us! I let my boss know and she is going to look into the theft of our name too.

(Funny how the world works, I started working trade shows for them years after I started this thread lol)

warmbloods that issues was resolved in 2012 when it happened. Newbie bumped a crazy old thread

Both I’m working for the real horseloverz at both of those. I also work with Circle L and Horse Tack warehouse at some other shows. I always tell people I see the booth and the bathroom and that is about it!

ha- yes… same. i tell them the only places i can find are my car & the restroom… haha
