Horsemastership 2025

The OP asked (in the Dressage forum) whether it would be legal at a show.

Yes, the OP @Mondo, thought that the bit was being used at the USEF dressage clinic, but then realized they were looking at a photo from the Jumper clinic.

Yes, but still asked whether it would be legal AT A SHOW. I’m sorry you’re unhappy that I responded to that.

At what show? Dressage or Jumper? It’s obviously not a legal bit in Dressage.

I’m fine, not “unhappy” that you don’t understand. No worries. :slightly_smiling_face:

Well, since we’re in the DRESSAGE forum, and Mondo rides DRESSAGE, one should easily be able to guess she was asking about a DRESSAGE show.

You are clearly looking to pick a fight with me, but I’m not going to play. Enjoy your evening.

I was not aware that there was a competition to “win”. I thought it was a discussion.

Mondo mistakenly thought the bit was on a Dressage horse. Why this is an issue about which you think someone would “pick a fight” with you, I don’t understand. :grimacing:

It’s really not a big deal, not for me, nor for Mondo I would guess.

Peace, and sleep well.

@SillyHorse - I appreciate your clarification. But skydy is right; I initially was asking about would it be legal in dressage. That was before I realized I was looking at the jumping part of the clinic.
