Honestly within 12 hours. This last time 2 weeks ago. I took her to the clinic to get it in a shot because it came out of no where after I had been managing it successfully for a year plus. Now I just watch the pollen count weather forecast and plan accordingly. When I am in a pinch I order for Amazon and give her the same dosage. She’s 16.2 and beefy. My vet did 9 tabs of 50mg tablets. I can go verify the bottle tonight but off hand that’s what this most recent round had success with. Also I have done Benadryl if I have absolutely nothing. She eats the hydro tabs on top of her grain no problem.
