The team of people I am thinking of, are married, old enough to be your parents and Don’t Even Ride At All!!!

Now, these folks are either Really Stupid to not think the planet revolves around them

Or they love these people, who ride and compete and this Wonderful Sport!

It is funny… In the late 70’s when I first competed in recognized events, everything was done by hand and rarely anthing got fouled up with membership. NOw with computers, it takes even longer if ever. I think it has gotten much worse, alot of times there is no response. Also the armban is lime green this year, it is obvious that is not clear if you read some of the posts! Come on USEA, get your act together!

Area 1 is in the northeast (NY, CT, NH, MA etc.). The first event in Area 1 is a CT in late April and is in Kent Connecticut.

SaddleFitterVA is right. The USEA office has been closed a lot lately due to the snowfall in VA. This is their busiest time of year. They already have enough to do and now they have fewer days to do it in because of the weather. I have called the USEA office a couple of times in the last week and only got an answering machine stating that they are closed due to the snowfall. Give them a friggin break! And your first show isn’t until April or after? What’s the rush? I’m in Alabama and have a show the first of March and haven’t gotten all my stuff yet. Chill!

CAlm down there. I sent my renewal in November and still have not received my packet, even though my mom who is has a “family” membership (which was sent in on the same form as mine), got hers more than a month ago. But I am not ranting, things happen.

So take a deep breath and let that blood pressure return to normal. There is no reason to react like that to such a minor and simple mistake.
