Oh good, I am not alone! Whew!
Probably ‘negative’ wasn’t quite the correct word. But, if someone ventures here expecting that all their choices and experiences are validated, that may not happen. I know I’ve seen more than one someone, shall we say, flouncing off because they didn’t like the answers they got.
I do believe we aren’t mean, but many will call it the way they see it based on years of experience.

What ‘services/promoted’ that you know of (and not conjecture) that were not provided?
Sounds like fancy verbiage without much substance that could be used in court for a suite of any kind.
