I hate everything about saddles (vent)

What reasons prevent you from investigating treeless? I was at my wits end for saddles for hard to fit Arab, went treeless & thank goodness I did otherwise it would have been bareback for the rest of our lives! I have known people with hip & knee issues who feel better riding in treeless. Just a thought, but sounds like you have already been down that path!

Have yet to see the horse who can’t have a happy back wearing a 31.5 tree Stubben Siegfried. Buy an oldie off E-Bay if you want to experiment, go for a new one with the BioMex seat when you want to splurge. Never yet seen the horse who couldn’t or wouldn’t go in one.

I wish people would stop advertising for steele saddles, They do not fit many horses. Eric rides Rocky Mt. horses. The saddles fit narrow horses, they are also heavy and yes I have one. They are comfortable but fit very few horses if you really know how to fit a saddle, Nothing against them, well made but really not for a lot of horses . My friends love them on their rocky mt. horses and a small TWH horse.[/QUOTE]

WOW, who freaking peed in YOUR cheerios?!? WOW, I just had a very good experience buying one of their saddles. My horse was hard to fit, too wide for Tucker. He is a QH, btw.

I stand by my comments of MY experience w/Steele.

Really… you were VERY rude. Made it seem like I was lying or just advertising for them, NOT true. I liked the fact that they let you use the saddle for three weeks, so could fully test it out.

You seem to really need to relax a little too :frowning:
