i will hug him and kiss him and name him George

I’m so sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry. I can’t imagine…

I hope there is some closure there for you and your family.

A beautiful and loving tribute to the horse your son called George. I do believe two kindred souls are together again. Peace to you and your family.

RIP George

Condolences Clanter. Thank you for sharing your story. Love the pictures!

I’m so sorry. George had someone waiting for him on the bridge, I’m sure he galloped the whole way there.

I am very sorry for your loss.
Your horses are lucky to have you.

heartfelt ((hugs)) for the family ~

RIP ~ Beloved George ~ knowing you will always be loved and remembered ~

Reunited again ~ RIDE ON !

we were fortunate to find them (wells a few found us). We were very selective but once we found a lines we liked all was easy.

they never complained about having to be moved into a new stall when another horse was added, and for the most part shuffled the herd order around without fighting …they remained pleasant with one another without bickering (much)

for the most part they enjoyed one another

here is Mark and George on a 55 mile competitive trail ride. Mark often had to calm George down by riding him 25 miles before a ride

Clanter, my sincere sympathy on both counts.

Saying goodbye is so terribly hard.

So sorry for your loss. What a wonderful story George had. What a treasure for Mark to have loved this horse so. Hold them close in your heart where they will always be.

Clanter so sorry to hear about your recent loss. It never gets easier no matter how many times we go through it. I wish I could believe in an after life reunion.

Thank all of you. George was 29, he lived a good life we had him from birth to death.

Pine Hill just picked up George and I had to ask my wife what that bag around George’s neck? It contained some of Mark’s ashes, as his request was to be buried with his horses. (we still have his three miniatures).
