This is very doable to build (and I’ve done it in the past) but as a buyer, would you be more likely to buy a horse that has schooled over that type of baby ditch? I’m just not sure how well that skill transfers.
The horse I was schooling over said baby ditch definitely didn’t seem to recognize the question when we saw a true ditch out XC schooling (although he did have to start with a pretty beefy novice ditch.) He did it because he was super honest and brave, but it was very much like it was his first time seeing anything of the sort.
