Improving the poorly conformed horse's canter (camped out)

On a 20 m circle, canter 4-8 steps, walk 4-8 steps.
Repeat x 1,000,000.

Keep careful track of where her feet, shoulders and hips are on the circle, address as necessary.

She will get better, but I think the reason we have been struggling is because she is not structurally able, and by pushing for it harder, and because she is basically a kind horse, I have blown the hind end. Bilateral lameness is a bugger, and in my experience, usually a sign the horse needs a new job. I should have known. I am sad.
