As an employee at Kelly’s Ford Equestrian Center. I would like to share that the new owner has bought the facility for himself and his family. There are no plans for development. (The river does flood all the way up to the buildings) the new owner has been meeting with staff and management, and has only encouraging words of only bigger and better things to come to the inn and equestrian center. His son will be moving to the local area to run the inn.
Yeah, I would love to see a developer even try to get homes in there. LOL
And what areas aren’t in the flood zone are part of the Triassic basin geology that doesn’t perk well. Which is why there isn’t a lot of development in that area to begin with.
