when mine was working I really loved it. I learned so much from watching my rides (usually recorded once or twice a month). but, it lasted only a year before it croaked out - and this is not an indoor accessory issue as I ride outside so don’t miss the covered arena features. I have written to soloshot again, and asked if they are going out of business - nothing to lose being blunt at this point. I also asked if they have anyone who can repair the units they can send me to since they don’t seem to be able to do it, or want to. at this point I have a really expensive piece of junk sitting in my bedroom 
I was in manufacturing for decades… my guess is they do not have any repair parts as they are buying the product completely assembled from a Chinese manufacturer
