Nick is probably going to be angry with me for posting, but I can’t stand all this. I thought chronicle was against cyber bullying? What do you call this? Listen, I’m certainly not Nick and the assuming is scary. But you know, he has really great testimonies and he’s helped a lot of people. If you are so curious about him, why not call him up and have him give you a lesson? Why hate someone you’ve never trained with? I just don’t understand. But as far as I know Nick is completely out of the horse universe. You really shouldn’t be trashing him when isn’t here to defend himself.

Um, everyone who has trained with Nick is going to tell you the same thing. And isn’t it funny that you harp on the judges chronicles has brainwashed, yet conveniently ignore his 75%?
This is harassment and Nick has spoken accurate about the credibility this site has.

I’m not feeding into this anymore. Nick is an excellent trainer and just because I was helping him help a friend get some old footage, it is turning way off topic and spinning into hate. Remind me of CNN trying to find Russian collusion 😆

DAD and DHS are not the same organization. DHS simply rents the grounds to DAD. I don’t know who you contacted but by coincidence currently the DHS is happening. If you contacted the DHS folks, they are not going to have these or any other videos of DAD because other than allowing DAD to use the grounds-- DHS has nothing to do with DAD.

Sorry trotpastme. No one wants a “lesson” from Nick. We’ve seen video of him riding and he needs to take lessons, not give them. His behavior on this forum and IRL to some of its members , before he was banned was such that no one who remembers it would touch him with a ten foot pole.

Stop it Nick, seriously. We’ve been over this so many times already.
Pointing out the falsehoods, exaggerations and outright lies in your resume isn’t cyber bullying; it’s providing factual information as fair warning to those who might be naive enough to believe you. Nobody here is calling you up, harassing you or making threats, (which is actual bullying, BTW) although we all know you have a well-documented history of doing that.
The people in this group by and large know a great deal about dressage. NOBODY here is going to take a lesson from someone who has no track record of proven success riding or training up the levels, let alone someone who exaggerates and lies about his credentials, while bashing respected industry professionals. The videos and photos available of you riding are proof positive of your lack of knowledge and ability. Many expert riders / trainers here have explained to you in great detail what is wrong with them - everything from the horse’s lack of engagement and connection with the contact, incorrect muscling of the horse and your own beginner-like riding position, yet you refuse to acknowledge these weaknesses or seek help from a skilled trainer.
Feedback from highly experienced judges and appalling scores in the low 40s at recognized shows have confirmed what you’ve been told, yet you prefer to believe the judges are wrong, or somehow conspiring against you. Getting a 75% in a freestyle at a backyard schooling show from a “judge” who has no background in dressage is not a credible accomplishment which would entice people to learn from you. Neither is teaching your horse to shuffle and calling it piaffe, nor teaching your horse to rear on command and calling it airs above the ground.
You have a record of violence, threats and anger management issues directed towards those who disagree with you, or who have publicly pointed out the absurdity of your self-promotion. That is why people don’t want to “give you a chance” or take a lesson with you. If you are truly out of the horse universe it would be a smart move to stay out of it. Stop advertising yourself as a trainer on Facebook. Stop making up stories and about respected professionals simply because they have debunked your claims. Stop visiting COTH, starting asinine threads, and then pretending to be a “friend of Nick’s” in an attempt to draw attention to yourself. Honestly most of us forget you exist until you pull a stunt like this.

I’m sure the participants in the “clinic” you gave what, 4 or 5 years ago, have plenty to say. You know, the ones who demanded their clinic fees be refunded, which IIRC was all of them? Of course when the barn manager/clinic organizer called you to relay this information, you did the classy thing and hung up on her.

Why not hire someone whose own, self-published public internet presence demonstrates what many of us consider to be unprofessional/unpleasant/unsafe behavior to help us learn a highly technical sport involving inherently dangerous and typically beloved and expensive animals, merely out of curiosity and without any of the evidence typically used to evaluate trainers’ abilities (e.g. good recognized show scores, proficient students, recommendations from credible trainers, video of excellent riding/training, etc.)? Someone who, to top it all off, professes to be “completely out of the horse universe”? It sure is hard to understand…
But back to your first point, if you’re bothered by the expression of personal opinions on any internet forum, there’s an easy answer: click the X in the upper right hand corner, take a deep breath, and walk away. Don’t be Barbara Streisand.

No, you were slamming a woman who is an outstanding rider who has never given you a lesson or even talked to you, and owns and trains her own GP horses and has worked tirelessly to build her business and reputation and earned every bit of it. And you never even met her. You never ever had a lesson from her. And you confessed to being trotbyme when you described how you had slammed her on COTH, and why you did it, so don’t pretend you aren’t nick, now. You already said you were.

Yes skydy I put the screen shot at the top of this page of you want to see. AMmazing, he outed homself. when people called him out for badmouthing a well known trainer and lying about taking a lesson with her. He confessed it was him on coth when he explained that he did it because she had criticized him. She probably noticed something he said on some board somewhere and decided to try to ruin her business. He’s never even spoken to her much less taken a lesson with her. I doubt he’s ever taken a lesson anywhere. He attempted to justify why he did it, and in doing so confessed he did it.
