ISO liability release/waiver form for riders who ride my horse

most likely a cover your ass move since she saw the bite she really needed to note that bite in your medical chart… and I really do not think the physician actually did the coding but a professional medical coder who reviewed and analyzed the clinical document.

My wife often spends several hours after a shift in documentation of patient records primarily as a defense (she works with psychotic patients)

Ontario Public Health would require the Physician to document the bite, as well as complete associated Public Health Reporting forms. Council for infection risk, and completion of reports would more than justify any billing related to the bite. (The form is lengthy and requires prompt submission, all cases will be reviewed by Public Health and may require further contact with physician).

I would not want a lessee to be on my insurance as an named insured.

I agree with findeight that someone paying to lease a horse is likely to change the liability situation compared to an owner letting a “friend” ride their horse and asking them to sign a waiver.

It definitely is worth having a lawyer review your lease agreement and how to include relevant waiver of responsibility appropriate for your state.

My comment was related to the horse owner liability insurance. Covers a different set of scenarios to a liability waiver signed by a rider.

Hmm…but still…not sure I want someone else on MY insurance policy of any kind. Isn’t it possible for a lessee to obtain a liability policy for a leased horse? I have never leased a horse so I am not sure. If the lessee is irresponsible, I don’t want to get dropped by my insurance carrier.
