I know this is way out there, but… my stepdaughter and family thought they had contracted pinworms. Turns out they had strep butt. Insane amount of itching. It is the same bacterium as strep throat, but located in the anus. Antibiotics may be called for. Google it - learn something everyday with kids.

Would wormers not kill pinworms? Because he’s been WORMED!
