Jingles and prayers please for strangulating lipoma

Thank you. I think I’m the lucky one though…he’s mine:heartpulse:….sorta like Sam Riddle and Man O’ War. “Anybody can have money but there is only one Man O’ War”. :heartpulse:

Hi All! Thank you again for your jingles and prayers. I believe we are making progress daily. He’s now grazing in a small area 3 hours a day. He’s eating soaked meals 8 times a day and passing manure regularly. I’m still on pins and needles… I have two more feedings tonight. :grinning::heartpulse:

Thank you, all! The internal medicine specialist is coming today to check on him.

He’s bright as can be, pushing me around, and very reliably, passing beautiful manure.

I’m feeding him soaked feeds 9 times a day with 3 hours muzzled turnout. I’m tired but he’s great!!!:heartpulse:

Ha! I see you have your priorities straight.

But seriously, try to get as much rest as you can with that schedule. We need to keep you healthy to get Seven totally healthy again. :kissing_heart:

Good morning everyone! We are now grazing for 3 hours in small turnout. :heartpulse:

The internal medicine Dvm was thrilled w him. His CBC panel came back and was “perfect”. He’s continuing to eat well and is reliably passing manure. I can’t bring myself to increase the volume he’s getting in each feeding to decrease the number of feedings so I’m pretty tired out, but it’s worth it. :heartpulse:.

Thank you for sticking with us and holding my hand!

Please do keep us posted on him every day. Your love for him and the love affair between the two of you is something of a book to be written! More pictures please. With a jump like that I’m thinking there have been awards and such?

Ummm…,he’s feeling good. Maybe too good:grinning::heartpulse:.

When coming in from his little grassy turnout, he dragged me (and I do mean dragged) across the driveway to continue eating elsewhere. Once I got him in his stall, he sort of spun around and thought about bucking.

His superb surgeon suggested Trazadone for turnout, but so far he’s been quiet. I may now need to do that the next few weeks. I will double check today to be sure that thought hasn’t changed.

Thank you to everyone for your good wishes and support and prayers. I have so many people who have helped him along the way to thank and be grateful for/to. I’m in tears now thinking of everyone.:heartpulse::pray:
