Me, too. I had to make extra effort to do it more often. But it made a big difference after several days. Now I do it 1-2 x a day and sometimes not at all and the pain level is pretty stable.

I tried again this morning. It loads to 35% and disappears. He’s doing his impression of a reiner w spins and then does a levade. I was able to send it to his surgeon via my phone.
