My BEST friend in the world, who trains ponies for a livinf and has had champions at pony finals, is the one who encouraged me to breed my mare to begin with, and was with me thru all his issues as a foal. It goes without saying that he would live his life out at her barn. I have said to her and say everytime I go on vacation or anything, my barn sitter is calling you first, if I die or get really hurt, Spirit goes straight to your place, it has become a running joke w us at this point. When my mare was at her place she always had to start her text,voicemail, phone call with “Katie n Spirit are fine…” or id freak out, everytime. My hubs is not a horse person and would gladly hand him over to her.
Honestly he probably would just come home, see that the pony isn’t in the field and assume she took him without even worrying about it… 🙄🙄
