Great Customer Service. I purchased a pair of spurs in February from K&O. I also ordered a custom pair of spur straps from another seller. The spurs straps took a while to get here. Today I finally sat down to put everything together.

When I really looked at the spurs I realized the spurs were a mismatch (two left spurs.) I called customer service and they told me to send them back and they would replace.

Clearly they did not have to do that; I sat on them for months before noticing the problem. It is nice to have some great customer service. Every time there has ever been an issue they have gone above and beyond!!! You immediately get a person on the phone.

They also have a great selection of semi-custom spurs and spur staps----Just Saying.

I have gorgeous reins I bought from them over 10 years ago that I love. They have a great weighty feel to them and drape nicely. They weren’t cheap, but have worn well!

I have always had a good experience with them as well. I have mainly interacted with them at the trade shows, and have even been into their store (huge, with an enormous amount of equipment). I have always been satisfied, and they always seem to have good prices.
