Unfortunately there’s a good bit more coming. The weather has been crazy in Lex metro and surrounding areas.
That looks horrible.
I was hoping to see Mia and Phelps
Hopefully the water has some place to go and it is fairly dry until the show.
That part of the park is known for flooding, although typically not quite as bad, but it has been worse. There were pictures from the dressage show and the showgrounds sits up higher and looked ok, but they did move the show inside since it rained pretty much all day. I do know that they had cancellations, there were enough roads that were closed due to flooding I think people scratched or turned around.
I was also wondering about the rainfall affecting the course, I think if we don’t get dumped on again the course will be ok. We have however been in a pattern of cold temps followed by warm temps and storms/heavy rain and the rain seems to fall a lot on the weekends. So I’d pack your dry wear!
Me too! Maybe they’re headed for a different 5*?
I don’t think Phelps has been active since Burghley.
For the straight show jumping, entries are now posted:

Looks like 72 entries & 38 unique riders entered
That’s a darn strong field for the jumping!
Wasn’t Chin Tonic on the 4* entry list? I don’t see him on the draw order that came out today.

He dropped off the list a few days ago. Will could only ride two in the four star anyways… So looks like he picked up the other two.
