Do you put your phone number into the computer? Ours always asks for our phone number.

Now with that said, I purchased one of those electronic gator things from walmart, cash. Went to return it without the receipt, and they had to look up the original purchase, and were able to do so by pulling all the cash transactions for that date and time, then going from there.

I’d imagine TSC will do something similar.

I just got off the phone with the manager and he was super nice. He said to come in today and he will take care of it. Yes, they can pull the receipt and they will make it right!

Maybe you weren’t the only one they sold the cheaper sprayer at the higher price too. They might have at some point realized they had entered the items in the computer incorrectly. Glad they are going to fix the situation for you.

Glad they came thru for you, now you can feel better about this.

I went in and got it all taken care of today – and I have to say they could not have been nicer. The sprayer I had originally wanted, and thought I had purchased, is discontinued. So, they gave me another – more expensive – sprayer for the same price with their apologies for the mix-up.

Wow! I am impressed!

Also – yes, they were able to pull up and print out my receipt by doing a search with my bank card #, the date and the amount.

Really, it’s not about never making a mistake but rather how you respond when you do. I cannot say enough good things about this store and the manager!
