Lower Back Pain

I do the same as wlrottge, get decompression, that is, and after two years, I’ve gone from daily pain to no pain, and from seriously compressed L4-L5 and L5-S1 to pretty much normal disc spacing, and from 4-1/2 degree tilts in my pelvis/hips to totally level hips
It took a lot of work, icing and $$$, but to me it’s been worth every penny and ice pack.
I see you sit in front of a computer- me too. See if you can find yourself something called a Wobble-Chair. I use one all day long and it helps open the disc spaces and loosen the muscles. Watch that you’re not stretching your neck forward too much- that causes much lower back pain, believe it or not.
Good Recovery, and good luck!

With really strange advice. No diagnosis but “don’t ride for a year” and buy this new chair. Not really what most doctors say.
